Spring Tri Nooga Registration

Pricing for Trinooga is discounted for Tri Club Members only - so consider sign up for the Tri Club to take advantage of the discount and other offers from our sponsors.

Routes:

  • Garmin: Run Course. Slightly modified from the race. We will not run on Amnicola, to avoid traffic.

  • Garmin - Course created from 4/21 run. - a few notes on arrows. This garmin run started about .2 from the Southern Belle. Leave the Belle and head up river. As you come to the top of the first hill, go up the stairs (lots of arrows). Do not go on Amnicola, which is the race course. We stay off that for Trinooga. Later, you’ll see a pink X made of arrows, which is where the aide station will be. The turn around is up a little further - it is slightly further than previous courses, do to IM route change. The turn around is marked with arrows. If you need a bathroom, there is one just slightly further than the turn around. Through this whole part, you will see arrows going both ways, as this section is an out and back. As you return to downtown, stay on the road at Battery, you’ll head down a little alley, and then turn right on Veterans. Arrows should be great until you get off the walking bridge (we notices this morning that someone had removed an arrow - it was replaced, just a heads up). Rest is clear - you’ll cross the road to the point where you went up the stairs, turn left and head back to the Belle

  • RidewithGPS: Bike Course. Cues added for road hazards and busy areas.

  • Garmin: Bike Course.
